All purchases on Travel Daily Shot are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means that Paddle is the entity that processes your payment, handles tax compliance (including EU VAT), and issues your receipt. You may see "Paddle" or "Paddle.com" on your bank or credit card statement rather than "Travel Daily Shot."
Travel Daily Shot offers digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. These include downloadable PDF guides covering artificial intelligence topics, curated prompt packs in multiple formats (PDF, TXT, CSV, and Markdown), and bundled collections of guides at a discounted price. All products are delivered electronically and are available for immediate download after payment is confirmed.
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. This guarantee applies to all our products, including individual guides, prompt packs, and bundles.
To request a refund, please contact us by email at with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number or the email address used during purchase, the name of the product you wish to be refunded for, and a brief reason for your request (optional, but appreciated). We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued through Paddle and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are granted under the following conditions. The refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. Each customer is entitled to one refund per product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Bundle refunds apply to the entire bundle and not to individual guides within the bundle.
We reserve the right to decline a refund in certain circumstances. These include requests made more than 14 days after purchase, evidence of abuse of the refund policy such as repeated purchases and refund requests, and situations where a substantial portion of the product has been consumed or redistributed.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). For digital content supplied immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. However, our 14-day satisfaction guarantee provides additional protection beyond the statutory minimum. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate purchase regardless of the 14-day window.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchased product, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product. If we are unable to resolve a technical issue, a full refund will be provided.
